Established by the United Cycle. The Court is overseen by 5 Justices selected by a committee that any citizen of a member nation may join. It can try internationally wanted criminals and, on a 4/5 majority, issue an international warrant. Member nations bring disputes to the court; decisions require a 4/5 majority and are recognized by every member nation. Justices serve 3-month terms, and no more than 2 of the 5 may be from any given nation.
